YUMMY BREAKFAST DRINK

I have been making breakfast drinks for years. These are easy and take no cooking!! They are tasty to your desire, they are healthy to your need and you can be creative, which is fun!!

Here is a sample I have used often: 

- 1 cup of unsweetened goat yogurt 

- 1 cup of almond milk

Frozen berries (I like frozen cherries and frozen blueberries the most) Being frozen makes the drink cold. 

- Usually a banana (frozen or not for thickness) 

- One raw egg - You cannot taste it when blended and it adds protein. 

- Additional protein powder as desired. I like the chocolate powder from Trader Joe's which is also economical. 

Blend it up and enjoy. You can add other powders as well such as maca. Let me know how you like yours.
