image Astronauts don't have enough gravity after a long visit at a space station. Despite regular exercise, a recovery period back on earth is required. In the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, the space station rotated, creating gravity, which would be essential for long stays in space.

Here on Terra, gravity is under ideal conditions. Departures from ideal result in an imbalance of the musculoskeletal system.

This system is designed to exert cause over and control of the effects of gravity. Gravity is usually thought of as a force. Albert Einstein said gravity looks like force, however, it is really more like inertia. So, motion here on earth is overcoming the inertia of gravity.

Falls, excess repetitive motion or repetitive sitting, exerting too little motion, imperfect physical posture in any activity, car accidents and any other similar mistakes in the ideal overcoming of gravity have a negative effect on the musculoskeletal system. No wonder that in 19th century England, in rural areas before tractors and other power tools, "bone setters," as they were called, outnumbered medical doctors 9 to 1. People performed lots of physical activity and their musculoskeletal gravity maneuvering systems would go out of tune.

Chiropractic treatment, anytime the musculoskeletal system gets out of whack, anywhere from foot to head to hand, is valuable to the patient. Chiropractic treatment includes adjusting stuck, fixed joints, addressing muscle spasms, and specific or general supplements address weakened systems from the sex glands to the liver to the musculoskeletal system. Each area of the body responds to specific needs. Don't neglect your health. Pursuing health is a great goal to have.
